Spring.NET 1.3.0 RC1 for .NET 2.0 API Reference

AbstractLoggingAdvice.LoggerName Property

Sets the name of the logger to use.

[Visual Basic]
Public WriteOnly Property LoggerName() As String
   Public Set
   End Set
End Property
public string LoggerName { public set; }

Property Value

The name of the logger.

The name will be passed to the underlying logging implementation through Common.Logging, getting interpreted as the log category according to the loggers configuration.

This can be specified to not log into the category of a Type (whether this interceptor's class or the class getting called) but rather to a specific named category.

Specify either this property or UseDynamicLogger, but not both.
